Pandas are wonderful bears that live in the forests of China, and they have special features to help them survive. One important physical adaptation is their strong jaw muscles and flat molars, which help them chew tough bamboo, their favorite food.

Pandas also have a unique behavioral adaptation: they don’t hibernate during the winter months like some other bears. Instead, they keep eating and finding food because bamboo is available all year round. These adaptations help pandas stay healthy and happy in their forest homes!
