Moon Rivers Naturals
Moon Rivers Naturals started out when Stefanie realized, in her last semester of school for teaching, that she wasn’t going to be happy with her degree. She had a new baby and wanted to be home with him so she started making soaps to support the family income and her business grew from there. "I found myself feeling energized and fulfilled with this business and I just keep pushing forward with it."
She and her husband came upon difficult times when he lost his job and money was tight but, despite their struggles, he encouraged her to keep her little dream going. Named after their son Rivers, Moon Rivers Naturals health products include soaps, essential oils, lotions, scrubs, and more. Together Stefanie and her husband work on their small business to build a future for their son and show him that hard work will pay off. Their lives are based around their family. They work on growing the business at a pace that doesn’t interfere with spending time with their son and growing together as a family.

Stefanie's big inspiration is nature. Living in the middle of the woods separated from the hustle and bustle of town has taught her to really appreciate the beauty of nature. One of her favourite places to visit is the Northern California Coast. Finding natural items that are beneficial to the human body inspires her work.
