Family Photos At Fernridge Christmas Tree Forest

Um, okay? What just happened?! How have I not posted these photos on the blog yet? These are my all time favourite photos of us! 

My friend Shana from Life as Wife and Mom blog and her two sweet boys met up with us to do our Christmas Card photos. She is so talented! She really captured our silly family moments and made us look good. 

My favourite thing about these photos are how easy and fun they were to take. Rather than feeling posed and awkward in front of the camera, Shana captured moments of us just being a family.  

We had such a fantastic time taking these photos. It was a lot colder out than we made it look. Jane had on such a cute outfit under her jacket but we didn't have the heart to leave her jacket off just for the photos.  We managed to take a couple that we used for our Christmas cards but the jacket was definitely needed. 

After we were done at the Christmas Tree Forest we all headed to Red Robin to warm up and have lunch. Jane (1yr) and Wyatt (3yrs) went off and sat at a different table together. They are so cute! It was their first date Ha Ha! What a great day. I can't wait for many more this year. Shana and I are working on a project together that will be launched soon. Can't wait!
