Bring the Account of Noah’s Ark to Life
Noah’s Ark
Family Bible Study
This 4 lesson Bible study series on Noah's Ark guides children and families through key lessons about God's character and our relationship with Him. It begins with
Noah's Obedience, showing how he listened and loved the Lord. He was chosen and commanded to build the ark (Genesis 6:22), teaching us the importance of hearing and obeying God's Word.
Next, God's Provision highlights His meticulous care in bringing and providing for all the animals on the ark ( Genesis 7:8-9), reminding us that God is our faithful Creator and Provider.
The series then explores God's Justice and Grace through the story of the Great Flood, explaining that while sin has consequences, God's amazing grace offers salvation through Jesus ( Romans 5:8).
Finally, The Rainbow Promise celebrates God's faithfulness, revealing the rainbow as a beautiful sign that the Lord always keeps His promises and loves us forever (Genesis 9:13). These lessons together aim to deepen understanding of obedience, divine care, justice, grace, and God's enduring faithfulness.
Lessons: Each lesson plan is intended to be used over the course of 1 week. This allows you time to dig in deep into God’s word and explore each lesson with your children.
Flashcards: Each lesson has an accompanying fashcard and memory verse. You can add each to your collection as you go through the lessons. We suggest putting them up in your home to act as a daily reminder of the biblical principal you are learning.
Worksheets: Many lessons have accompanying worksheets that you can print out and go through with your child to further their engagement and understanding.
Scripture Memory: Each lesson has an accompanying scripture memory verse that ties into the lesson. We have included printouts and an overview on how to incorporate memory work in this family study.
